I am only 17 years old.

My ME was triggered by a bout of glandular fever at the age of 14 and since then I have been getting gradually worse.

I have 'bad' days and 'better' days, but at the moment the bad days seem to be more frequent.

The doctors and nurses do not wish to know, as in their eyes it is a made-up illness.

I'm just a young girl that is crying out for help.

I am struggling to get into college and I have lost many of my friends due to them thinking I'm 'Just Lazy'.

I would love be to just like everybody else my age, but I'm learning to live with what I have.

I'd just like to ask all the other suffers out there to stay strong. I know symptoms can differentiate but we're all in the same boat.
